Delete your Tkay account
You can delete your account and its data at any time. This can’t be undone, so export anything you want to keep first (Account → Your data → Export my data).
In the app
- Open Tkay and tap your initial in the top corner to open Account.
- Tap Your data.
- Tap Delete my account, type your email address to confirm, and tap Delete everything.
No longer have the app?
Email chris@uplevel.llc from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. If you used Sign in with Apple with a hidden email, tell us the address you see in your Apple ID settings under Sign in with Apple. We confirm by email before deleting.
What is deleted
- Your account, sign-in records and connected sign-in methods.
- Your personal workspace: captures, files, voice notes, photos, projects, goals, plans, results, drafts and connected memory.
- Shared workspaces where you’re the only owner, with their content.
- Your GitHub connection, if you made one.
Deletion finishes within 30 days.
What is kept
- Shared workspaces that have other owners keep the content you added there; those owners control it.
- A minimal record that the deletion happened, and security audit entries, without your content.
- Purchase records, for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Apple and Google keep their own purchase history.
Deleting the app from your phone doesn’t delete your account. Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, so cancel them in your App Store or Google Play settings.
